Yale-New Haven Hospital Testing and Procedures

We have developed a close relationship with the YNHH laboratory services. We provide significant assistance during the General Advisory Committee (GAC) application process with YNHH pricing and subsidize the cost of GAC approved protocols as well.

YNHH clinical labs request that a “Request for Laboratory Services or Specimens” form be submitted to them by investigators who plan to use their facility for a research protocol. For further information regarding the use of YNHH laboratory services for research samples and for obtaining a copy of this form, please visit the Laboratory Medicine Web site. The form should be completed and submitted via e-mail or fax to the Laboratory Medicine research coordinator as per the instructions on the website.
