Yale School of Nursing

The School of Nursing and YCCI are working together in an effort to link evidence-based methods and new Yale research findings to improved outcomes for health issues that have been identified as critical to the community. This interdisciplinary effort is the foundation of a new research-intensive environment for translating conducting community–based research into practice. This partnership fosters synergy between the YSN’s practice-based research network (PBRN) infrastructure and community practices with YCCI resources, paving the way for larger and more sophisticated clinical research studies within the community.
