Associate Administrator

Joanna Swiski, MPA, is currently responsible for providing high level, comprehensive support to carry out financial, management and administrative duties to support the overall operations and strategic goals of the YCCI and the Medical School.  Works with YCCI key function directors to implement goals of YCCI/CTSA, provide assistance with submission of grant proposals, develop financial projections, manage budgetary constraints, approve expenditures and supervise staff.  Prior to assuming this position, Ms. Swiski was an Assistant Administrator in the Department of Psychiatry and has a strong working knowledge of both University and NIH policies and procedures.
